Camp Gilla, extended on about 10 acres, is located in the the heart of the Spanish forest along the shore of lake Azure, just a few hours drive north of Toronto, right between Sudbury and Timmins on Highway 144.
The best all seasons fishing (bass, catfish, bluegill) in the Province of Ontario is provided in the crystal clear waters of the streams and lakes surrounding the camp while the majestic forest density provides a peaceful atmosphere and enjoyable hidden fruits, wild raspberries and blueberries.
The campsite itself allows for extensive land sports, riding/snowmobile/ATV, cross country ski, nature hikes with lots of untouched areas for exploring. Additional acreage and shorelines on nearby lakes provide a wilderness camping area as well as chartered waters for canoeing.
